Criminal Litigation

Criminal Litigation

Our criminal practice covers the full range of criminal work from the police station to the magistrate’s court, the Grand Court, Court of Appeal and Privy Council.

Our experienced team deals with all offences on the statute book from traffic matters through to the most serious crimes. Our attorneys are involved in Grand Court trials on a weekly basis dealing with complex fraud, serious offences of a violent and a sexual nature, and drugs offences.

We are regular advocates in the Court of Appeal of the Cayman Islands and presently have a number of cases in the Privy Council.

Our advocates have extensive experience in dealing with white collar criminal and quasi-criminal issues including allegations of fraud, money laundering, regulatory and compliance issues as well as restraint, confiscation and forfeiture.

In addition to court and litigation work we are also able to offer advisory assistance to institutions in relation to regulatory and compliance issues.
