Our package includes the preparation of the Memorandum and Articles of Association (with documents drafted and approved by Samson & McGrath Attorneys-at-Law), the registration and filing of the same with the Registrar of Companies, obtaining the corporate seal (if requested), preparation and filing the necessary affidavits, and application for Tax Exemption Guarantees or Non-Resident Designation, as appropriate.
