Career
Prior to joining Samson & McGrath, Daniel worked for the Treasury Solicitor’s Department in London where he handled a diverse judicial review caseload which spanned a range of immigration, human rights and European law. Daniel acted as the Treasury Solicitor’s Lead Lawyer on Pakistan and also undertook a secondment at the UK Border Agency. Daniel trained as a solicitor at Lawrence Graham LLP in London where he gained experience in corporate, dispute resolution, private client and real estate law.
