James Kennedy’s main areas of practice are civil and commercial litigation. He regularly handles contractual disputes, personal injury matters, insolvency and employment related disputes. He has established a solid and growing common law practice in the Cayman Islands and also has considerable experience litigating in the fields of trusts, probate, and construction law.
